What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Once you have booked with Mod Picnic Co, all sales are final. We offer our clients the option to reschedule up to 7 days prior to your event with no additional fees. If there is inclement weather, we allow our clients to reschedule to another date up to 48 hours prior to the event. Kindly be aware that if you opted in for any add-ons with a local vendor for your event, you will be responsible for covering those fees if you cancel.

What does each picnic package include?

Each Picnic Package includes Wood Tables, Woven Floor Rugs, Assortment of Floor Cushions, Tableware (table runner, napkins, etc.), Candles & Candle Holders, Wine & Water Glasses, Chargers or Placemats, Dinner & Salad Plates, Gold Cutlery, Chalkboard Sign, Bluetooth Speaker, Picnic Games, and Sparkling Water. Each picnic booking is for two hours. Additional hours will be charged at $50.

*Food & Beverages are available from local partnerships as add-ons. No alcohol is provided by Mod Picnic Co.

How do I book?

Start by filling out our Picnic Inquiry or booking online. We will be in contact within 48 hours to confirm availability and chat about any additional requests, add-ons, or questions. We cannot wait to hear from you!

How far in advance do I need to book?

The sooner the better. If you know the date and time of your event list it in the Picnic Inquiry. (Note: Weekends and evening reservations fill up quickly). Please inquire a minimum of 72 hours before your event to schedule.

What locations are available for bookings?

We have pre-selected locations to create the perfect picnic environment in Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Longmont. However, if you have the desired location in mind please let us know and we can confirm that by email. Permits in select areas may be required.

Are there any Delivery/SET-UP FEEs?

Delivery and setup are included in the package price! Our service area is within 20 miles of Fort Collins, Windsor, and Loveland. Please feel free to inquire about locations outside of our standard service area. Please note that these locations may be subject to a travel fee.

How does it work?

You can view our how it works page here! You will find a package or build-a-picnic! We offer everything from date nights, proposals, and girls’ brunch - all the way to bridal parties, bachelorette parties, baby parties, movie nights, and everything in between. We can customize a package with add-ons to bring your vision to life!

Book Your Picnic!

You will book your picnic online or submit an inquiry to chat more about your customized event. This is where you will pick your theme, location, and add-ons! We serve all of Northern Colorado but will travel for a fee outside of Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor. We can do parks, private homes, and even travel with you! We will be in touch 24-48 hours after you submit a booking online or an inquiry.

Join us at your Picnic Point!

You will get the exact coordinates of your picnic point so you walk us and enjoy! We won’t greet you unless you request it in our communication. We will be in the area of your picnic if any issues come up! Let us know when you are done (or want to add on extra time) and we will take care of you.
