Picnic Perfect.

 

Mod Picnic Co. is excited to bring pop-up picnics, movie nights, and tablescape services to Northern Colorado and the Front Range. We provide a luxury picnic experience that is thoughtfully designed and offers a variety of themes, packages, and add-ons. Our goal is to create the perfect picnic for every occasion. We handle every aspect of your luxury picnic experience, starting from the setup process to the teardown phase.

What’s Included

Each picnic package includes the following items for 2 guests. If you’re interested in adding additional guests, please let us know in the picnic inquiry.

  • Hand Carved Teak Wood Tables

  • Woven floor rugs

  • An assortment of Floor Cushions

  • Tableware (table runner, napkins, etc.)

  • Flatware

  • Wine & Water Glassware

  • Charger Plates or Placemat

  • Dinner & Salad Plates

  • Table Decor

  • Chalkboard Sign with a customizable message

  • Still Water for the table

  • Picnic Games (Jenga & Pick up Sticks)

How It Works

Step 1

 

Select Your Picnic Package

We have different themes for your style but also customize your feel for each event. Each has a specific style and includes the essentials for a luxury experience. Each package works for 2 guests for a 2-hour reservation. For any additional guests, we charge $50 per person. Additional hours are billed at $50.

 

Step 2

 

Choose your Add-On’s

We offer several different add-ons to customize your picnic experience. We source food and florals from several of our favorite Northern Colorado businesses and offer a stylish selection of other items to further enhance your theme selection.

 

STEP 3

 

Fill out our Picnic Inquiry or Book Online!

Once you’ve decided on your picnic package and any potential add-ons, head over to our Picnic Inquiry form and give us all the details. We’ll ask several questions to help get a feel for the occasion, and then we’ll follow up with a formalized quote based on your selections, party size, etc. If you see a package online that fits your needs, feel free to book online.

 

STEP 4

 

Sign our Picnic Agreement

Once we’ve confirmed all the details, we ask for a 50% deposit to hold your date and take care of any food, beverages, or florals for the event. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event. Note: deposits are non-refundable but there are transferable.

 

Step 5

 

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the picnic!

We will show up to your picnic site early to set up and create the perfect ambiance with all your selected details. We’ll greet you, make sure you have everything you need, and then make ourselves scarce so you can enjoy your special occasion. At the conclusion of your picnic, we will break down and clean up everything at the site.
